I am visiting south of the border, the City of The Eternal Spring. I enjoy the food and like to eat the local eats. On the menu I have had: huazontle in guajillo sauce; tamal Oaxaqueno; enchiladas en mole negro; enchiladas en salsa verde; fresh vegetable juices, and fresh fruit.
The local fruits in season are mangoes, guavas, pineapple, jicama, avocado, radish, and Mexican plumbs. Tomorrow more authentic foods.
